Manufacturing
Piranha has resources for small hand build to larger Pre-Production builds that use fully automated with Pick and Place equipment and Thru-Hole lead preparation automation.
Simulation Services
Piranha Design Resources uses experts in PCB Simulation for both 2-D and 3-D Field Solvers. Our simulation specialist works closely with the customer and layout designer to design toward the best results.
Engineering Services
Electrical Engineering support is available for customers who need additional Schematic definition, component selection, or conceptual review.
Prototype Builds
Prototype builds of 1 to 100 pieces. Customer can pick if the prototype is Fabs only, Fabs and Assembly, Component pricing, or documentation only.
Assembly
Printed Circuit Board with all of the parts soldered on. Thru-hole, Surface Mount, Single Sided or Double Sided.
Assistance With Product Preparation for Volume Manufacturing
Piranha Design Resources can take your existing design or create a new design and generate documentation that is customized for Volume Manufacturing.
Board Testing
Design for Test is a part of the Piranha Design Resources process. Design for Teradyne or Agilent In-Circuit-Testers is available. Functional Test suppliers are readily available for the verification of the customers product.
